2025 4th International conference on Smart Energy and Clean Energy Power Generation Technology （SECP 2025）will be grandly held in Shenyang, China on May 9-11, 2025. The purpose of the conference is to provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineers and R&D personnel engaged in the fields of "Smart Energy", "Clean Energy Power Generation Technology " to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote industrial cooperation of academic achievements. The conference invites experts, scholars, business people and other relevant personnel from universities and research institutions at home and abroad to attend and exchange. Participants can not only listen to the wonderful reports of well-known experts at home and abroad, but also personally participate in face-to-face exchanges and discussions with experts and scholars from all over the world.

Note: In view of the academic exchange and development of the conference, the conference committee decided to change the conference title from "International Conference on Smart Energy and Energy Internet of Things (SEEIoT)" to "International conference on Smart Energy and Clean Energy Power Generation Technology (SECP)" from the fourth session onwards. SECP is an annual conference and we welcome experts and scholars from all over the world to participate and exchange ideas.

Notification of acceptance date: March 20, 2025

Final Paper Submission Date: April 10, 2025

Conference Dates: May 9-11, 2025

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
